Individual breathwork sessions and individual coaching sessions because sometimes you need a little more support.

Let’s be honest, change can be scary. The idea of letting go of old habits or ways of being can feel unsettling. No matter how ready you feel, the thought of saying goodbye to certain parts of your life, or even certain people in your life can feel challenging.

And it’s not just about what you are leaving behind. The idea of welcoming in new ideas, new ways of thinking or being can be just as unsettling. Especially if it means saying yes to something that both excites and scares you a little.

Taking the first step can be hard, especially when the rest of the path is unclear. You have to trust. You have to trust in yourself and trust in the process. When self trust isn’t something you feel comfortable with that can make taking those first few steps even more challenging.

Being open to support means being vulnerable...
and that can feel mildly terrifying.

Coaching isn’t about me telling you what to do – only you know what’s truly right for you. Coaching is about helping you figure things out for yourself, helping to support you as you explore possibilities. If you try something new and it doesn’t go as expected, coaching can help you unpack it all and either make a plan to try it again or, make a new plan to try something different.

Breathwork is different each and every time you do it. Sometimes you get a crystal clear nugget, other times it might be more of a flavour or a nudge in the right direction. It doesn’t always give you want you want but it does give you what you need.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A BREATHWORK SESSION

We’ll meet over zoom and have a quick chat about what’s going on for you, anything you’d like more clarity on, anything you’re ready to let go of. Then, if you’re new to breathwork, I’ll show you the breathing pattern we will be working with. You’ll set yourself up to breathe and get comfy, then I’ll guide you through the session. The active breathing part is followed by a deep relaxation.

There’s time at the end of the session for us to talk about anything that came up and I can answer any questions you have.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A COACHING SESSION

We’ll meet over zoom and have a chat. Well, I say chat, but you’ll do most of the talking. I’ll ask you some questions and, once I’ve got to know you, might challenge you on some of your answers.

You’ll usually leave with a clear idea of your next step(s) or a nugget or two that help shift your perspective.

I’m need to take a break from 1:1’s and groups for a bit

The back end of 2023 has held a few unexpected “surprises” so I need to pull back from my business for a bit. This means, no 1:1’s and no groups until maybe Easter ’24 ish.

Sometimes. I currently offer individual sessions that are focused on either coaching or breathwork with the idea that we alternate sessions throughout our time together. I offer multi packs of sessions to make this easier.

That is A-OK my friend – as we have already established, I am not the boss of you. I mean, combining them both is magic but if you don’t want to do that you don’t have to. I currently offer individual sessions that are focused on either coaching or breathwork so you can book in for which ever you prefer. I offer multi packs of just breathwork or just coaching sessions to make this easier.

You might like to check out the This Is Breathwork pack – it contains three guided breathwork audio files (MP3s) and comes with a supporting e-book. You can explore breathwork at your own pace and book in for a 1:1 session when you are ready.

I also offer group breathwork sessions and workshops. These are usually recorded so, if you can’t make it live, you can catch the replay.

I do indeed. I work on the honour system so won’t ask you for proof of anything, I do ask that you pay full price if you can as this supports me to be able to do this work. Read more about sliding scale pricing.

It’s important to say here that I can’t do the work for you – I can’t do the hard thing, have the hard conversation or let go of whatever it is that you are trying to let go of. I can’t make your decisions for you and I can’t take action for you.

I can’t change your life for you, only you can do that.

As your coach and / or breathwork guide, I will support you along the way. I will be in your corner, I will believe in you, I will give you tools where you need them but I can’t do the work for you.
